After more than 3 years of selling the NexPower GT Series sodium-ion battery pack, we have started receiving requests for battery health checks, diagnostics, and repair services.
Instead of purchasing expensive charger/discharger equipment and attempting the process yourself — which could potentially damage the battery if done incorrectly — you can simply ship the battery pack back to us for a thorough inspection and professional service.
After the service is completed, we will provide a diagnostic report that include:

Capacity check on all battery blades

Internal resistance check

Water or condensation inspection and repair

Broken stud inspection and repair

Cosmetic inspection and repair
- Balance the whole pack
Note: If the battery pack is beyond repair, we will let you know before proceeding, and there will be no charge for the service.
